How Often Should You Have Your Yard Scooped?
The right scooping schedule comes down to three things: how many dogs you have, how big your yard is, and how much you use it.
Weekly is the most popular plan and the right fit for most one- and two-dog households. It keeps waste from accumulating, controls odor and flies, and means the yard is always ready to use.
Twice-weekly makes sense for three or more dogs, smaller yards where waste is concentrated, or families who are out back constantly. More frequent visits mean less buildup between cleanings.
Bi-weekly or monthly can work for a single dog or a low-traffic yard, especially paired with an occasional deodorizing treatment. Just know that the longer the gap, the bigger each cleanup.
One-time cleanups are perfect when the yard has gotten away from you — a new puppy, a long winter, or prepping for a party. Many customers start here and then settle into a weekly rhythm.
